With arms up, babies have access to their hands, which they can suck on or rub on their face to self-soothe. It can be a solution for babies that do not like to be swaddled due to the freedom of movement it provides.
The twin zipper also makes nappy changing a breeze, with easy accessibility from the bottom zip. Then, for feeding time, simply unzip from just the top to allow the baby to use their hands.

You must stop using the Swaddle Up when your baby shows signs of trying to roll. At this stage, they can be transitioned to a transition suit, sleeping bag, or sleep suit.
TOG Rating:
The TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) rating on a garment is the unit of measurement used to calculate the thermal insulation of a product. This means garments are rated according to the warmth they provide—the higher the TOG rating, the warmer the clothing.
TOG and Dress Guidelines:
0.2 TOG – ideal for room temperatures between 24°C and 27°C
1.0 TOG – ideal for room temperatures between 20°C and 24°C
2.5 TOG – ideal for room temperatures between 16°C and 20°C
3.5 TOG – ideal for room temperatures below 16°C
This is only a guide, and the number of clothing layers should be decided by parents based on the room temperature and the baby’s health or needs. Sleeping babies must be checked regularly to ensure they don’t overheat.

Do not soak or bleach garment, iron zip, or dry clean
