Earn points on all your purchases, for every $1 spent you earn 1 point. This excludes purchases on clearance items, shipping and during Black Friday sales. Points can also be earned by setting up an account, following us on social media and on your birthday.
Unfortunately, no, you must be logged into your account at the time of purchase to earn points. Points can’t be added after a purchase is completed.
Points can’t be applied to past purchases. To earn points, make sure you’re logged into your account before placing an order.
Yes. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).
No, points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, sale events, or on outlet/clearance items.
You will only earn points on any amount paid beyond the value of the Gift Voucher. For example, if your order total is $80 and you pay $30 using a voucher, you’ll earn points on the remaining $50.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed during large promotional events such as Black Friday.
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
