Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions explain how our rewards programme works and outline the rules for earning and using points. By joining and participating in the programme, you agree to the following:

1 – Membership Eligibility

  • To earn points, you must have a registered customer account.
  • Creating an account is free, and no purchase is necessary to register.
  • Points are only awarded to purchases made while logged into your account.
  • The Loyalty Club is currently only available to New Zealand-based customers.

2 – Earning Points

  • Points are earned on eligible product purchases made through your registered account.
  • Points are not earned on:
    • Outlet or clearance items
    • Shipping costs
    • Gift Voucher purchases
    • Purchases during major sales events (e.g. Black Friday)
  • If you pay with a Gift Voucher, points will only be earned on any remaining balance paid.
  • You must register your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points.
  • From time to time, we may offer bonus point promotions or exclusive earning opportunities for members.

3 – Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed as store credit on full-priced purchases at checkout, using the slider tool to apply up to 600 points per transaction.
  • Points can be redeemed once your cart reaches a minimum spend of $50.
  • Points cannot be used on:
      • Outlet or clearance items
      • Sale items
      • Shipping costs
      • Gift Voucher purchases
      • Orders where a promotional or discount code has been used

4 – Returns & Exchanges

  • If you return an item for store credit:
    • Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
    • If you used points for the purchase, the points value will be returned to your account.
    • If you exchanged an item for one of lesser value, your points will be adjusted to reflect the difference.
    • If you have already spent the points earned from a returned order, your account may show a negative points balances

5 – Points Expiry

  • Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (i.e. no purchases or redemptions in 12 Months).
  • If you close your account, any unused points will be forfeited.

6 – Promotions & Restrictions

  • Reward points cannot be earned or redeemed:
    • On outlet or clearance items
    • During major promotional events such as Black Friday
  • Coupons or discount codes used with points are single-use only and will not be reinstated if the order is returned or cancelled.

7 – General Terms

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
  • Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Modify or cancel the Loyalty Club programme, its terms, or available rewards at any time without notice.
    • Update how points are earned or redeemed. Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.
    • Correct your points balance in the event of system errors, miscalculations, or technical glitches.
    • Suspend or terminate your account and revoke points if we suspect misuse, fraud, or any suspicious activity (e.g. creating multiple accounts, abuse of returns).
