This website is operated by Little Lights Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are a New Zealand-based company providing quality clothing, toys, and home décor for newborns to toddlers and beyond.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in a way that causes harm to others or impairs the website’s availability or accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products, Descriptions and Stock

Some of our products are available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We may limit product sales to certain people or locations and can choose to do so on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or stop offering a product at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, especially if it seems to be placed by a reseller, distributor, or for unusually large quantities. If we make any changes to your order, we’ll try to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions of all our products. Please note that some of our items are handmade, so slight variations from the photos may occur. Be sure to check the measurements provided in the product details, which are generally accurate within 1cm unless stated otherwise. Due to differences in screen settings, the colours you see on your device may vary slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to change product descriptions at any time and without notice.

We can’t guarantee that every item will be in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you by email and give you the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait for it to restock.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping is charged separately and at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
• We cannot amend any orders once placed.
• All orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand and may offer international shipping. Timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal services. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

For International shipping, Little Lights Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged when your order reaches its destination. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the country’s regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When investigating faulty items the customer may be offered a repair, replacement or refund at the discretion of Little Lights Co. Faulty items must be returned in original condition and packaging..  Product warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or incorrect care.

7. Loss or Damage in Transit

All orders are shipped using tracked services. If your order doesn’t arrive, we will lodge a claim with the courier on your behalf. Please note, claims can take up to 6 weeks to process. If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please keep the item and all packaging, as the courier may require it for inspection.

8. Discounts & Promotions

Little Lights Co. reserves the right to change or withdraw any discounts, promotional offers, or services at any time without prior notice.

Please note:

• Sale and clearance items may be excluded from additional promotional discounts. Discount codes cannot be stacked during sale periods.
• Loyalty points and vouchers may not be earned or redeemed during certain sales and promotions.
• Our gift wrapping service may be temporarily unavailable during high-demand periods, such as Black Friday.
• Clearance items and selected storewide sales (e.g. Black Friday) are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or change-of-mind returns.
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous or existing orders.
• Some product exclusions may apply during promotions. 
• Order processing and delivery times may be delayed during busy promotional periods.

Newsletter Signup and Comeback 10% Offer: The 10% discount provided through the newsletter signup or comeback offer is valid on full-priced items only and applies to first-time orders. This offer excludes all sale or clearance items and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or promotional codes.

All content on this site (images, logos, text, product descriptions, etc.) is the property of Little Lights Co. and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
