As soon as your order leaves Little Lights Co. HQ, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email with all the details you need to track your package on its journey to you.
FREE NZ shipping on all purchases when you spend $150* and over. To qualify, you must spend this amount in a single transaction after discounts or loyalty points are applied.
For NZ orders under $150*:
Urban Delivery – $9.50
Rural Delivery – $12
Note: This excludes large or bulky items as listed on individual product pages. Shipping rates for these items will be calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Waiheke Island. We know this may be inconvenient for customers on Waiheke. Please contact us directly, and we’ll work to find a custom shipping solution that meets your needs.
We aim to have all orders (excluding pre-order items) processed and dispatched within 2 business days. However during sales and promotions, dispatch may take longer than usual.
Delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
North Island (non-rural): 1-3 business days
South Island (non-rural): 2-4 business days
New Zealand (rural): Add 1-2 days to non-rural delivery times
Note: These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. During busy peak sale and holiday seasons, please allow a few extra days for courier services to deliver your items. Once orders are dispatched delivery is out of our control. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address as this cannot be changed after dispatch.
We understand that international shipping can sometimes be complex, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
We offer a flat rate of $25 for shipping to Australia, which is a non-tracked option. Delivery typically takes 3-10 days. For those who prefer tracking, we provide a $50 flat rate option across Australia.
We may not be able to ship large or bulky items, or these items may incur an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.
We’re happy to provide shipping quotes for countries further afield.
If you are based outside of New Zealand and wish to make a purchase, please email us at hello@littlelightsco.co.nz, with a list of the items you are looking to purchase and your delivery address. We will then send you a quote for shipping and the likely timeframe.

When you pre-order an item, you’re essentially reserving it before it becomes available, with delivery occurring once the item is in stock. This approach allows you to secure sought-after products, but it does require some patience.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once all pre-order items are available. This approach helps streamline our shipping process and reduces packaging waste. However, we recognize that this may not suit everyone’s needs. If you need available items sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.
Each pre-order item has an estimated arrival date. We will notify you via email of any changes or delays to these dates. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
