The BIBS Infinity Pacifier has a wide shield with holes on each side to prevent rash after saliva. The design is created of intertwined circles, symbolising the circle of life, endlessness, and eternity.
The Anatomical nipple is curved at the top for a natural fit to the baby’s palate with an angled tip for easy tongue placement. The curved top promotes a tongue placement and sucking technique where the sides of the tongue cup around the nipple, as it does during breastfeeding. The angled tip means that the baby does not need to suck as hard, as with a round nipple, for the pacifier to flatten inside the mouth.
The nipple is equipped with a valve, that lets out air when the baby closes down on the nipple. This ventilation system causes the air from inside the nipple to be pushed out through the valve thereby flattening the nipple to shape naturally after the baby’s oral cavity. Sterilise before first use by putting the pacifier into boiling water for 5 minutes. Water can get into the silicone because of the vent-holes. Once cooled, gently squeeze the pacifier to remove any water that may have entered.
Clean and sterilise the pacifier daily and before each use by pouring boiling water over it.
Pacifiers should be replaced after using for 4-6 weeks for safety and hygiene reasons.
Do not use microwaves, dishwashers, or other cleaning methods that may damage the natural rubber).
Do not store in direct sunlight.
Do not dip the dummy in sugar-containing products or medicine as this may impact the baby’s teeth and health.
Always inspect before each use and discard at the first sign of damage.
Only use dedicated dummy holders tested to EN 12586.
Never attach other ribbons or cords to a dummy, these pose a strangulation hazard to your baby.
In rare cases the natural latex rubber may cause an allergic reaction. Immediately discontinue use and seek medical advice if this occurs.
